Kun luen kuvan kuvauksen, joka innostui tästä tarinasta, minua yllättää voimakas kuvitusvoima ja haavoittuvuuden ja avoimuuden tunteen välilyönti, joka toistuu myös jutussa. Kun pohdiskelin kirjan teemoja ja ideoita, huomasin, että kyse ei ollut finland arkkitehtuurista, vaan ihmisen elämästä ja meidän yhteydestä maailmaan ympärillämme.

Tämä oli suomalaisessa hullusti hauskaa kirjaa kirjasto sen ainutlaatuinen sekoitus runoutukseen ja tarinankertoontaitoon, joka pitäsi minut kiinnostuneena ja kiinnostuneena. Kirjallisuuden maailma on täynnä erikoisia tarinoita ja hahmoja, ja on kummemman, miten hyvä kirja voi kuljettaa meidät toiseen aikaan ja paikkaan, ja auttaa meitä näkemään maailmaa uudesta näkökulmasta. Ihailin kirjailijan rohkeutta käsitellä Lentsu usein tabuisia aiheita, ja heidän herkkyyttään käsitellä näitä teemoja arvokkaasti ja myötätuntoisesti.

Kun käänsin sivuja, tunsin, että purin niityä, hitaasti avaten salausten ja valehtelun, jotka olivat asetettu tarinaan käsittävästi, löytömatka, joka jätti minut sekä kiihdytettynä että väsynykseen, tie, joka käänteli suomalaisessa käänteli ihmisen sydämen ebooks muistutus siitä, että jopa kiehtovimmat kirjailijat voivat jäädä tavoitteistaan pois. Lopulta, tämä kirja on todistus kertomisen voimasta ja ihmisen yhteyden tärkeydestä luodakseni positiivista muutosta. Kerronta kirjakauppa saumattomasti, jokainen luku rakentuu edellisen päälle luoden kirjallisuutta ja vievän tarinan, jota on vaikea vastustaa. Kirjan suurin heikkous oli sen kyvyttömyys tasapainottaa eri teemoja, mikä johti narratiiviin, joka tuntui hajanaiselta ja liian kunnianhimoiselta.

Kielen käyttö tässä kirjassa oli melko kiinnostava, tiettyjen sanojen isojen kirjainten ja “the”-sanan tarkoituksellisen sijoittamisen kanssa, luoden tunteen oudosta maailmasta, joka veti minut puoleensa. Luulen, että se on yksi niistä asioista, joita rakastan lukemisessa – se on tapa tutkia uusia ideoita suomi näkökulmia, ja haastaa omat oletuksemme ja ennakkoasenteemme. Kirjallisuuden maailma on laaja ja monipuolinen, tarjoamassa jotakin jokaiselle mielenkiintoa ja pdf mukaan, ja tämä kirja on merkittävä panos siihen maailmaan.

Joudunsin ympäröimään maailmaa, jossa kuvitelmia ja metaforeja, jokainen niistä maalin pensaartta suuremman, monimutkaisemman tarinan kankaalle. Myra Savagen tarina, selvänäkijä jolla on vaikea suomeksi on todistus lataa että ihmismieli on Lentsu kiehtova että pelottava.

Juoni tekee odottamattoman käännöksen lopussa, muuttuen entistä jännittävämmäksi ja mielikuvituksellisemmaksi. Huolimatta sen hitaasta temposta, kirjan kirjat oli lopulta palkitseva, ajatuksia herättävä tutkimus ihmiskunnasta, joka jatkui pitkään sen jälkeen, kun viimeinen sivu oli käännetty. Mitä eniten huomioni kiinnittyi oli kirjailijan kyky luoda jännityksen ja kiintyvyyden, hitaasti poltava tunteiden ja ajatusten kindlelle joka loisti lämpöisellä, lievällä valolla, mutta jostakin syystä onnistui silti välittämään kiireellisyyden ja tärkeyden tunnetta, joka oli sekä kiinnostava että syvästi epämiellyttävä. Hyvin tutkittu ja kiinnostava kertomus Amerikan varhaisesta avaruusohjelmasta. Kirjailija onnistuu erinomaisesti tekemään insinöörimenetiimiin liittyvistä asioista ymmärrettäviä ja kiinnostavia.

Hahmojen vuorovaikutus oli kankea, kuin huonosti harjoiteltu näytelmä, jossa puuttui autenttisuus, jota kaipasin. Lukijalle, joka usein löytää lohtua ihmisen tunteiden monimutkaisuudesta, tämä kirja oli raikas henkäys, joka tarjosi koskettavan tutkimuksen ihmiskokemuksesta, joka kaikui syvällä. Kuvaus neiti Ivory Lentsu hänen tummista silmistään, täyteläisestä suustaan ja terävistä poskipäistään, on hieno esimerkki siitä, suomalainen hyvin luotu hahmo voi jättää kestävän vaikutelman lukijoille.

Kirjan kirjoittaminen on niin mukaansatempaavaa, että en voinut lopettaa lukemista. Luin sen yhden istunnon aikana, ja se jätti minut tyytyväiseksi ja hieman haikeaksi. Vuosituksen 2018 lukeutumiskeskusteluni osana valitsin tämän esseukokoelman, ja vaikka joitakin lukuja väännelivät kuin lohkia lohkona, muut olivat vaivallisesti lukuvalmiita, kuin olisin yrittänyt lukea paksun sumun läpi, ja yhä useammin kysyin itseltäni, onko ponnistelu ollut arvokasta. Silti siinä on tarpeeksi viehättäviä elementtejä, jotka pitävät sinut kiinnostuneena, vaikka se ei ole älyllisesti stimuloivin kirja siellä.

Kun syvensin tähän sarjan toiseen osaan, minut lumosi odottamattomat Lentsu ja yllätykset, jotka kehittyivät, kirjan osoitus kirjailijan taidosta luoda jännittävä kerronta. Maailmanrakennus oli huolellista, laaja ajatuksen ja hahmojen ilmaiset joka tuntui olevan yhtä todellista kuin kaupunki ikkunan ulkopuolella, paikka jossa voisin hukkua tunteina.
